(H-NR-E) Provide new TPO Roofing and provide a completed tear off of the existing roof, removal of damage and existing built-up roofing system down to existing roof deck and with new decking, new insulation, tapered insulation and TPO Roofing on just the Votech damage portion and the rest of Votech roof will be Fluid Applied roofing. Other roofs will be Fluid Applied Roofing as well. Votech Soffit replacement will be the Alternate.
