(Local Prevailing Time) June 10, 2025, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. A Pre-Bid Conference concerning the project for West Tallahatchie School District, High School Bleacher Replacement will be held at 1096 Friendship West Road, Sumner, Mississippi 38957 on Thursday, May 29, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is non-mandatory but strongly suggested.
